how go get on and play fast

Hello folks. New to the game and want to know how to get on and play fast by myself so I'm not bothering anybody else. I got paired up last spring and got a nice verbal bashing and the guy ended up playing ahead. I have since improved but just prefer to play solo. I would like to play a few rounds before it gets too hot. I golfed quite a bit last summer at Superstition Springs but would lime to try it a few times in more favorable weather.
