I have to say, this place has some good deals going on. This is a decent course for the price and is always in great shape. Has anyone else golfed here and if so what are your thoughts?

I golfed there probaly 10 times this summer and never had a issue, the course is always in great shape and the carts have a GPS. Its not a dessert style course so if your right or left youll be able to find your lost ball.

Does anyone know the overall condition of the course as of RIGHT NOW with overseeding completed on 10/6? I snagged a round for $28 after fees and taxes for Saturday afternoon.

I'm playing The Duke tomorrow morning. Hope the course is in nice shape since they did the over seed a few weeks ago.
