Tee Times March 13-19 2013

for Gold Canyon, Vista Verde, Vistal, GC Estrella, Raven, Legacy, Orange Tree?

First trip to AZ. Don't like to plan things too much in advance. Do I risk not getting a tee time at these courses if I try to book a day or two in advance?

Naw you should be fine, the temp will be going up about that time so some of the snowbirds will be gone by then. Also depends if those dates are a weekend.

Should be fine booking just a few days out, however may want to reconsider Orange Tree and Vistal. I do enjoy the design of Vistal however conditions are generally average to poor. Orange Tree is basically a tourist trap IMO. IF you are already heading out to GC of Estrella (great course) check out Raven at Verrado as a replacement for vistal/orange tree.

Vista Verde is one of my absolute favorite places to play out here, If you are going to Gold Canyon make sure to play Dinosaur over Sidewinder
